Thank you for shopping with Handcrafting Happiness (OPC) PVT LTD. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Products are mostly "Made to Order". Please select the size properly while ordering. Our products are mostly Anti-fit/Loose fit type. Chest size measurement is actually most important. Based on chest size, you can add additional inches and select the size from our chart. Our size chart has garment measurement.

All our products go through various stages of rigorous quality check before getting dispatched. Please take a moment to review the "Handmade Irregularities and Variations" section of the product description, where we have provided clear explanations of what nuances and variations may be present in the craftsmanship. These characteristics should not be perceived as defects.

Each product is accompanied by a detailed description, including size, length, weight, colour, and other relevant information. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read and fully understood the product details and agree to our terms and conditions.

1. Returns and exchange because of shipping damage 

We accept exchange ONLY if you've received items in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on https://kanthastories.in 

As part of our return policy, we kindly ask that customers provide an unboxing video when requesting a return or exchange for their purchased item. This video helps us understand the damages if any caused during transit or packaging and act accordingly.

In case you receive a damaged delivery, please capture an image, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately with the photo.

Please email us a photo of the damaged/defective product within 24 hours of receiving your order on kanthastories@gmail.com.

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags intact if applicable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your request is approved, please connect for the return address.

Once item is received, it will go through verification process before an exchange is issued.

We would not be responsible for the loss of shipment while returning the product, or damage to the product incurred during the same.

2. Refunds

Refunds are not applicable for our products as these are "Make to Order".

3. Exchanges and alterations because of size issues

We exchange or alter our products because of size issues under certain circumstances where we shipped an incorrect size. 

Please note that our products are anti-fit type. Only chest and the length measurements of the products are required. Kindly measure your chest correctly and accordingly select the chest size of the products from the size chart. 

For dresses, the chest size can be 2-3 inches more than body measurement while for tops it can be 3-4 inches more than body measurement. Also, please note that our dresses and tops have standard length of 45 inches and 25 inches respectively. For any different length please select customization options. 

We are not responsible for any error in chest size measurement by customers. Please reach out to us in case of any question related to size before placing the order.  

To initiate exchange, please contact our customer support at kanthastories@gmail.com with complete details within 24 hoursof receiving the products.  Our team will guide you through the process and provide necessary instructions.

4. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

We are not liable for any delays in processing returns, exchanges, or refunds caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or disruptions in transport or payment systems.

6. Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
